Questions
Before you order
How big is it?
About 1 m (39 in) long, with long arms that wrap around you. Big enough for a full-length cuddle, light enough to carry to bed or the couch.
Is it weighted or heated?
No. It's a soft, light plush: not weighted and not heated, just a big, soft cuddle that hugs you back.
Why does it arrive small?
It ships vacuum-packed so it travels small. Unpack it, give it a good shake and let it fluff up for a few hours.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is $5.99 for one plush and free on 2 plushes or more. International rates are shown at checkout. We email your tracking number once the parcel is on its way.
Is it a good gift?
It's the cozy Christmas gift for her, and for the overthinker in your life. Add gift wrap with a card when you order.
How do pack prices work?
Pick your pack above the button: 1 plush $64.99, 2 plushes $109.99, 3 plushes $149.99. The pack price is applied in the cart, and 2 plushes or more ship free in the US.
Can I return it?
Unused plushes in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery: email hello@longhug.store with your order number first. Details: Refund policy.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and the other options shown at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider, so we never see your card details.
